Neurodivergence
Empowerment
Do you struggle to keep up with our rigid and demanding society?
Do you find yourself confused from social interactions, left feeling like you are different?
Maybe you have brilliant ideas swirling around your mind, but struggle to execute them.
If any of that resonates with you, you might fit somewhere on the spectrum of neurodivergence – Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, speech, learning, and developmental differences.
In recent years the field of mental health has seen a rise in these diagnosies, especially in young adults. We are learning how hidden these experiences can be.
Neurodivergence is a spectrum; a wide range of symptoms unique to each person. With nuanced sensitivities to the world, anxiety and depression tend to go hand in hand with this spectrum.
Experiencing the world in this way without tools can lead to a lot of confusion, overwhelm, burnout, and feeling lost or stuck. All with a lingering sense that you are meant for so much more, because you are.

Your biggest challenge can be your greatest gift
Think about it, how many people who make brilliant contributions to the world have Autism, ADHD or similar diagnosies? Plenty of scientists, inventors, artists, writers, and thought leaders fit somewhere on these spectrums.
There is likely intuitive knowledge and gifts lying underneath your struggles and challenges. Once you create tools and a lifestyle that support you, you can learn to harness your spark and unlock the flair you are meant to bring the world.
Self Acceptance + Tools
Tapping into the gifts of neurodivergence requires learning layers of self-accpetance and tools. You will learn tangible, step by step processes that help make the unknown a little less daunting. While you can’t take away the unknown, you can empower yourself with some confidence to move through it.
Together we will explore your brand of neurodivergence to begin a process of self-acceptance. Then we create tools; I bring structured ideas and you bring your twist that makes it work for you. It is a process of brainstorming and trial and error until we find the tools and systems that support you.
Over time the combination of self-acceptance and tools help you appreciate your experience of the world, leaving more room for the good stuff (passion, purpose, joy, to name a few).

Bringing language to your experiences helps normalize them.
